Changing your perspective is all about understanding how three important factors can revolutionize the way you think.

When trying to do something new or accomplishing a goal – the first step happens in your mind.

  • DESIRE is a strong feeling of wanting to do something. When shifting your perspective on exercise for example, you must want to really make that change in your life. You can see yourself doing it and now you a ready for it. You can’t fake desire. Either you want it or you don’t.

  • Once desire begins, finding VALUE in what you want, needs to be established. Why is it important to you? How can this new perspective benefit your life? What would be better if your desire became a reality? Listing out a clear WHY will help motivate you when things are hard.

  • Finally, it is DRIVE that will push you into taking your first action step. Drive is a motivator, an obstacle crusher, and will help you accomplish your dreams. Drive says, "I don’t know how I’m going to do it, but I WILL GET IT DONE!"

By changing your perspective, you can create the right foundation to create a plan that turns wishful thinking into a reality.
